Full `%U' support.
`Lk' display fixed.
Renamed arg2xxxx as a2xxxx for consistency.
Renamed print_foot to print_man_foot for consistency.
Removed default printing of `~' when `Lk' not provided (not sure where I got that from).

This form allows you to request diff's between any two revisions of a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
