 - In .Bl -enum -width 0n, groff continues one the same line after  - Multiple issues with .In below SYNOPSIS; groff behaviour is:
     text line + .In -> no line break before #include
     called .In -> no line break before angle bracket
     .In + .In -> second one gets #include, too
     two arguments -> line break before second
     child macro -> line break before child
