Improve handling of next-line scope broken by end of file.
Detect the condition earlier, report in the error message
which block is broken, and delete the broken block.
Consequently, empty section headers can no longer happen.

This form allows you to request diff's between any two revisions of a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
