Processing of .Os in groff-1.23 is so broken that not a single one
of our regression tests escapes SKIP_GROFF - unbelievable.  While at
least parts of the .Dd and .Dt regressions could be patched back,
that isn't possible for .Os (with reasonable effort).  The whole
architecture of the .Os macro got utterly ruined beyond repair.
